Welcome to the Central Wisconsin Real Estate School.

Our real estate school is located at 111 East Burnett Street in Beaver Dam (in the old Herter’s Building).  We are collocated with The French Real Estate Company

We specialize in everything real estate – from the salesperson prelicense course, broker requisites, real estate investment courses, FSBO courses to landlord/tenant relations.  If the subject is real estate, we can design a course for it.

Above being an approved educational program provider by the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing for both the salesperson and broker classes, we take great pride in not just teaching real estate test requirements.  We teach theory.  We teach so that you'll understand why the law is the way it is.  Yes, you'll have the tools to take and pass the test, but we hope to provide you so much more.

All classes are instructed by proven real estate broker Brian French, of The French Real Estate Company with offices in Beaver Dam and Waupun. Brian has been teaching the Real Estate Preparation course at Moraine Park Technical College for years, and recently launched his own school so that he could expand on the courses.
