RASCW:  Just as each state has a state association, the states are then divided into regional associations.  The REALTORS Association of South Central Wisconsin has a territory that ends at the Fond du Lac boarder to the north and Washington and Jefferson Counties to the west and south.  The Metro area includes these areas including Milwaukee.  www.rascw.org

SCWMLS:  Each regional board of REALTORS either has their own Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or they belong to a larger regional MLS (Dodge Co belongs to SCWMLS).  www.scwmls.com
