The 4th annual City-Wide Sale. Registration forms are available at the Chamber of Commerce, Recheck's Food Pride and of course from our office and this site.    The final sale list will be available on this web site and will be posted in the Daily Citizen the week of the sale.  There is a $5 charge this year.   Return your Registration form by May 19th or you will not be listed in the paper.

1) You may access a garage sale registration form by visiting the French Real Estate Company web site.  After you print and fill out your registration sheet, you should mail it to French Real Estate Co. 111 E. Burnett St. Beaver Dam, WI 53916. 

2) The list of all garage sales will be publicized on the web site.

3) For those who live outside the city boundaries or in a home not conducive to a rummage sale, you may reserve a spot in the parking lot of 111 E. Burnett St, Beaver Dam for May 24th. These spots are available on a first come, first served basis and must be reserved ahead of time by using the registration form. The parking lot will be set up in a flea market fashion and each participant will be allowed no more than a 13X13 space to display their treasures. Please provide your own tables/chairs for your sale. All items must be removed from the premesis by 4pm day of the sale.

5) Please remember you will need to provide your own signs.

6) The post sale drop off this year will be at the St. Vincent DePaul, located at S Spring Street., Beaver Dam.
