1. We will search our computers daily for homes that meet your criteria. For your convenience, we will e-mail, fax, or phone the listing to you. If your future home proves difficult to find, we'll find your home via cold-calls, advertisement and door-to-door neighborhood searches if need be.

2. We will never "Sell" you a home, but will search for just the right home for you.

3. We will really get to know your housing requirements and listen to your needs.

4. We will give you briefings weekly as to our home search efforts.

5. We will make ourselves available to you seven days a week, and will respond to your e-mails and messages within hours not days.

6. We will loyally represent you and place your interest ahead of all others.

7. We will disclose to you all information known to us that is material to the transaction.

8. We will maintain strict confidentiality.

9. We will coordinate all actions, and all parties involved to achieve a satisfactory closing.
